Our corn is grown in the fertile soils of the Tennessee Valley. We use a hybrid butterfly seed which has been selected for high yeild (leaving less unpopped) and expansion (producing a large, fluffy kernel). Our corn is grown specifically for us on contract by local farmers, using specific seeds. We do not buy generic, wholesale market corn. This ensures the absolute top quality of our product. Don't settle for inferior popcorn; you may pay a bit more for Merritt-Pop, but you'll taste the difference!
